Industrial deep-freeze systems

A continuous solution is required for deep-freezing large quantities of dough pieces and pastries as quickly as possible. Depending on their requirements, we consult with our customers in finding the best solution for automation, dimension and cooling capacity.

For automatic drive-through frost systems provided with floor conveyors, the bakery products to be frozen are automatically conveyed through the frost/quick-freeze room by way of a floor conveyor system and placed on transport or baking racks. We also offer tunnel or spiral freezers to ensure the linear continuous product transport on belts.
